Welcome:
     This site is designed to catalog 22 square meter sailboats in the U.S, with a special focus on the Udell. It is our hope to be able to collect a history and several pictures of each of the boats, as well as it’s current location and owner. Eventually, we would also like to have a page in which people can buy and sell boats, but that is a future project.

Brand New Udell’s

     As you may have seen on the fleet page, there has been consideration for the building of three new Udell’s. Johnny is currently in Sweden looking for hardware which he may use in the new boats. That, however, was not his primary reason for grabbing a ticket to cross the Atlantic. He saw the upcoming regatta at which several 22 square meter boats would be attending, and he had to see it. We will post more about the trip as well as pictures and results as soon as he returns.
